I have been very happy at UTHSA since I got here a year and half ago. I feel appreciated, valued, and I know that my job has a substantial contribution to our students. I have received a salary increase recently and my career path seems promising. I am also very happy of the company culture.

Being able to make substantial contribution to our prospective students.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that salaries should be raised at 6% overall UTHSCSA to counter inflation rates, and to be able to be a competitive employer.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that my leadership team treat me as respected coworker, and that they value and appreciate me in my every day efforts, job, and responsibilities.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are proactive, caring, responsible, and always have in mind the needs of the office/school/students. It is easy to work with a group of people that have integrity, leadership skills, and promote the wellbeing of their coworkers.
