I enjoy being productive, provide excellent customer service, being relied upon, and working in an efficient manner.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Management, leadership, and faculty tend to receive larger salary increases in comparison to the hard-working staff whom are equally essential in achieving the organizations goals and mission. Staff should be paid fairly while also adjusting to rising inflation. We are the front line workers!
