Flexibility of my work day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very open communication between teams. Some teams are harder to communicate than others, but communications are mostly good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are innovative at their approaches on how to make the company more relevant and are open to review processes
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the relationship with Manager and coworkers is positive. The issue is that we change processes so often, that is hard to keep up with what to do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The bonus structure is very blurry. They offer meetings every year to discuss it, but we are not given true visibility. Previous companies shared all statistics used for bonus, and sent you a letter on the equation + how it was calculated for you.
