Overall, I have a positive outlook for Workforce Software given my 3 year tenure. My managers have been very supportive and given me opportunities to advance. I do fear though that as the company continues to grow, so will the culture of micro-management coming from senior manager level positions.

Working hard on a project and seeing that project come to fruition with a positive reception. Helping out my teammates.

My manager is very understanding and accommodating, as well as, supportive of my professional growth. They work very hard for the volume of work they are given.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love being able to work remotely and not be micro-managed. I like being trusted that I will get my work done and still have a work-life balance.
