Stressful, but good. I took a big pay cut to come to this company, if for anything the culture is best in class for a company like this. I appreciate my team members and the other employees here, and while very stressful at times, am glad to be here and be part of the team.

New hires make more than those of us who have been working here for several years. Hard to get promotions too.

Consultants doing similar work get paid a much higher rate. I think a regular review with employees on their salary would help.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing's really wrong, it's just the nature of our business - T&A is a critical part of a company, so every issue is a big deal.
