There are some places for growth, but WFS is making the changes that will help make us successful for the future. Some of those changes are around growth and mentoring, and I hope that is something WFS will consider for those who would like to grow into higher level positions.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall, I like working for WorkForce. My job is never the same and it always has me learning something new and improving my techniques to help our customers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy the health reimbursement, the matching 401K and the quarterly bonuses.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very approachable. Also, they care about the success of our company and its employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In doing some research, most of the consultants who work for third party companies make more than what we do at WorkForce.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have a flexible working schedule, so it helps when I have appointments outside of work to attend to. I also am happy with the working from home policy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
WorkForce is making strides in improving overall culture by starting diversity and inclusion panel to help highlight areas where the company can work on to improve life for all people at WFS.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really like to help our customers improve their daily lives at their job. By automating the most simple task to ridiculously complex union rules, you can see how it positively impacts our customers and that makes me the happiest.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has regularly scheduled meetings with us to keep us informed about the health of the company. I feel like I can go to someone on the leadership team to express a concern and it will be taken seriously.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people I work with help keep the environment positive. I am not sure if everyone can say that, but I have done a lot of work to make sure that everyone knows that I am a trusted and reliable resource.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Due to the project that I am part of, my team is spread out all over the world. It is great to work with many different cultures and it has helped me improve my communication style and to be a better coworker.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The teams that I am working with right now have a pretty good work dynamic. We all work together and understand that anything that is brought up in a call is meant to have a successful implementation and isn't personal - we are all working together for the same goal.
