My main concern is executive team does not seem to want to ask the hard questions on what is really needed to improve. Nor do we have measurable goals beyond Sales/ARR.

Quarterly meetings and 'Minute with Mike' to communicate with everyone.

No drama, just everyone willing to pitch in and good teamwork.

Investing in improvements and willing to do incremental things to get better.

I like the 401(k) match and the pay-out for benefits opted out of.

Communication is frequent and they are willing to try new things and invest in growth.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Very caring team and all of the employee events. We have a bit of budget to do things as a team outside of work.
