I am concerned about lack of urgency and lack of energy in the building. Not having the entire executive team visible on a regular basis seems to be contributing to this,.

My main concern is executive team does not seem to want to ask the hard questions on what is really needed to improve. Nor do we have measurable goals beyond Sales/ARR.

Very caring team and all of the employee events. We have a bit of budget to do things as a team outside of work.
