What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

A lot of the coworkers I bonded with switched roles or left the company and the ones that remain are all stressed out and high strung.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We haven't replaced resources on my team and we're running out of experienced folks creating a staffing problem. We should have been hiring earlier to try and ramp people up to replace experienced resources ages ago.
