We all work well together and support each other when needed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on my years of experience, product knowledge and comparing to similar positions advertised, my salary is below the current market. Commission rates are also cut every year which makes us feel undervalued.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Limited management and leadership in Australia. Very poor communication which leads to negativity as employees make assumptions on what is going on within the business and we have some employees who are very vocal with their opinions.
