I have been with WorkForce for a little over 3 years, and it is the longest I have stayed at a company. I love the people I work with, and the company culture.

I love how transparent the team is, and values the WorkForce employees above all else.

I have built strong relationships with my direct team, and they make work more enjoyable.

Unlimited PTO (not that I use it, but knowing I can if a need comes up). Commission opportunities being on the sales team.

I feel that WorkForce Leadership is truly invested in the employees at the company, and care about the well being of the people that work at the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how leadership promotes the well being of our employees by giving half day fridays in the summer, a mental health day, the diversity and inclusion committee and many other company initiatives.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works well together, and everyone is always ready to help each other out. Even though we have been working remote, I feel everyone takes time to get to know each other on a personal level.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There seems to be a disconnect on where the product is at with executive leadership. There are many product gaps that for the current customer base that are holding up expansion and detracting from the value WorkForce provides customers.
