Making my clients happy by resolving their issues and being a strong member of their team.

Conversing with my clients and resolving their issues. Being allowed to deliver amazing customer service.

The wages are fair and there are other ways to earn bonuses and incentives (i.e. referral bonus)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
WorkForce is a very inclusive company - sharing current issues with all its employees and supporting our needs

Team work and awareness of issues impacting the company and its employees. We all want to be good citizens when dealing with our collegues across the globe and within the US
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all pitch in to help each other - we all have different strengths and like to share where we can. Also, a lot of us are pretty social and keep in touch.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication - we have a number of scheduled meetings with the Company or Global Services, down to our department level. We have ways to "Ask the CEO" anonymously and it is interesting to see what is on peoples' minds.

They have have been very flexible in these changing times to support the needs of us as employees. We are made to understand that if we have a specific career path they will work to make sure you know what is needed to make it happen
