What is NPS

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the satisfaction of a firm's customer relationships. There are programming bugs in the Cerntrifuge systems they sell causing bearings to not receive grease and thus prematurely and blatantly wearing out parts that have to be purchased from Alpha Laval. They refuse to address the programming bug because they are making tons in parts sales.
