Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the satisfaction of a firm's customer relationships. NPS has been widely adopted as a key metric often linked to the revenue potential of a company’s product or service. The metric is based on customer responses to the question: "On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend the product to a friend?"

I go to Kona at least once every 2 months or so. I have had your sea bass, salmon, chopped salad, and i have occasionally had their burger. Which is a favorite. I have had better burgers at McDonalds/Burger King. If i can share with you the pictures. The manager tried to make it right and i appreci

Customer Service, value your customers and treat them accordingly because we are the reason they are in business.

So the bartendar was incredibly ride and judgemental I suggest having all associates go through courtesy difinity and respect training as well as fine dining mannerisms. We recieved no eye contact and no water while we were judged for having too many drinks over the course of 3 hours. "Whats next?"

This place s now grossly over priced and the food is abysmal. I was absolutely shocked when i received the small portions, did not recognize the "meat" products, and teceived an astronomical bill.

Very disappointed that our food wasn't served until 2 hours later.
