What did you like most about the interview process?Since teams at VFI tend to be geographically distributed, I was able to do the initial interviews remotely, which was really nice. That should really be the norm for initial interviews, in my opinion.
What makes you most happy at work?I like getting my work product out the door to its end users.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The people are nice and eager to help. Our area of expertise is extremely specialized, so new employees are given a generous amount of grace time to learn the field and get comfortable with the work.
