I love that there is no cap on what my commission can be. This truly does motivate me!

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are very interactive. The way our office is set up allows us to communicate freely and effectively. I do feel like this contributes to us being a team.

We do things outside of work and do have relationships outside of work that I truly do enjoy.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I have heard feedback from candidates about our interview process in the past. They said that in comparison to other agencies we ask more about what they are truly targeting and care. I feel that our process really does allow us to fully engage.
