I work at Safeway, this specific store is terrible to work at. All of my coworkers are super nice, but it's just not a good job to have (and maybe that's just this specific location). The customers that come in are so disrespectful and rude

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I got more than minimum wage for this job, especially with covid going on. As well as how I got covid from work and still am not able to get the covid replacement pay
