My department is heavily understaff and the store director is asking and expcting a lot things to be done in a short amount time by two people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The store director needs to stop putting a lot of pressure on two people who can only do so much. I wake up, go to work, get home and eat and sleep. The job is draining us that I cant get stuff at home done
