Respect for employees input, not just do it, you don't need to know why. Better compensation not lowering compensation

Organizing. Some distribution centers and transportation are so far off base each day is like a new day in business.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay rate is close to lowest in area, we were near the top. Wage increase levels are lower and lower each year
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Many are just taking a pay check, unhappy at work and unhappy with all the companies mixed up operations and will not listen to employees
