
Communication. Lower prices. Try to care about the customer and provide customer service again.
It is a decent wage for the city i live in an the specialty department i work in.
Communication between departments, communication between stores and divison, communication between retail and distribution, not leading by fear and intimidation.
Leading by fear and intimidation does not make for a good company. We need leadership that is focused on selling groceries and customer service. Corporate may be doing that but my division (Denver) does not.
We are not trying to sell groceries or provide customer service in my division. Communication is non existent and my division is lead by fear and intimidation. We are not doing any of the best practices of both companies, we took the worst practice and policies of each, made them worse.
