More labor! Pay us what we are worth. Quit thinking we are expendable. Customers tend to go where the employees go.
Compartmentaly we are great. We have lifers in our store and in the pharmacy. Lifer employees and lifer customers who truly care about each other and see each other on a weekly if not daily basis.
They are pretty great usually. That's why it's confusing as to why we have so many problems. I think there's not enough people to take care of all of this since the merger a few years ago. And now there's Rite Aid. Sheesh.
Nice 401k, insurance is great but pay well below what others pay for similar jobs. Employees who have been here a long time don't feel adequately compensated for the business that they continue to bring into the store, despite not having near enough labor to do anything you really need to do.
