
My coworkers from the Vons side both in the office and on the labor side seem to have a problem with just coming to work consistently.
The center as a whole, needs to nurture an environment of understanding that we can only succeed when we all do our best for the time that we are here.
Because we have been in this transition with Vons, there is a constant disconnect with upper management when it comes to policy issues whether with office staff or labor. Mostly in the area of discipline. Very inconsistent.
