Feeling accomplished at the end of the day. Know i have helped someone (employee or customer)
What are some of the best things about your team?
I really like the team I work with. I do feel if their were better incentives, they would perform better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our immediate leadership team does the best they can with what is given to them. I appreciate their willingness to support and train.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company should match with our 401K. Earning a bonus is very difficult now compared to 2004. There were many more insentives to be a manager. Now, not so much. I’ve worked for the company for a long time and remember when things were much better.
