Overall low moral, it’s now all budgets and no customer service

More help needed to provide the “Legendary Service “ the company was built on

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

upper Management needs to understand that with out enough workers on the job you will not grow business. Customers can wait in line anywhere!!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leaders above store level are more concerned about their pocketbooks, than the wellbeing of those employees in the store and most importantly, the customers we serve.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel that with no raise in 10 years is not acceptable. A cost of living raises should be mandatory. Most of the time COL raises at least help offset rising insurance premiums!
