
The hours are cut so much that I work maybe half my shift in Produce, my home dept, and the other half in the checkstand so NOTHING gets done in produce except culling and straightening. And when I say something I get in trouble
I'm scheduled in Produce but spend 3/4 of my time in a checkstand. We need more labor hours. Trying to run the store with a bare minimum of employees is totally backfiring. We have lost so many regular customers the last couple years that I don't have anybody I would consider a regular
REALITY. Their vision of the company running on so few hours is simply not possible. We have lost so many sales because the product on the display is bad or not there because we are working in the front end so money can be saved in that dept. It's becoming laughable. Our floral used to be number 1
