Full-time employees aren't eligible for health benefits until they have been employed for 90 days, and HR drags their feet about it even after the 90 day threshold has passed.
It's not uncommon for tasks to be left unfinished with the assumption that the next shift will get to them (dishes, stocking, etc.) and this tends to cause unnecessary friction between the shifts.
Managers in my store are salaried, and so don't always have to keep track of their hours. Because of this, many of the managers in my store come in late and leave early, sometimes several hours early, leaving more work for their staff.
