Upper management is positive and uplifting when they come. We have to have everything perfect for them but don't know how it really is. And most of the customers are really great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked for the company 30 years as topped out journeyman Gm clerk. Cake decorator. I make 15.85 . Minimum wage is 11.00 now soon to be $15. How is that fair?
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The new contracts make it a place to work till you get your career. (A revolving door) college students..ect. when I started it was a career. The best job best benefits available with no college degree. We havent had even a 6% cost of living in 15 years.
