What did you like most about the interview process?
They made it sound like a fin, exciting, family oriented business.

Too much forced overtime, schedules are horrendous. Every time you think it's going to get better, it gets worse.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The pay, the benefits. We are aware it's pretty good. Employees are bonded by a common enemy, management. Sometimes it feels like we work for "Ha Ha, got you"
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Lower level management is much more knowledgeable than upper management. Upper management sits upstairs and tells us how much we need to produce and never take into account that we are human and after 10 hours are tired.
