I like interacting with customers. They are the once who make me show up everyday.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That I got hired. The interview was very informal and I'm not sure it was very professional.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like we should be paid enough to afford rent and food with out assistance we are only paid more when the government says so, bot because management wants to take care of their employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate team is great the bend over backward to help the employees. Corporate I'm not sure has ever stepped foot in our store to actually see what would make a difference but to employees and customers.
