It started out well but it became apparent quickly that there were major issues when long term employees quit as soon as they could.

Those that work and take their jobs seriously are great.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is lazy and has no desire to do anything but kiss up to corporate and mock employees and customers. They run the good managers and employees off and the cycle continues.
