There were good times but they were overshadowed by the bad. The company does not pay workers what the deserve and expect a lot in return. The management was poor, we were understaffed, making it an overall bad experience for me and my co workers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I went above and beyond, was promised a pay raise and it never happened
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Treating employees right and praising them for good work. So many people go unappreciated.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, there was none so the department would suffer from it. Also, not having enough employees forced me to work 10-12 hour shifts for 3 months.
