What are some of the best things about your team?
Well there are only 2 maybe 3 drivers that are responsible to help out with maintenance and keeping the trucks up
What makes you most happy at work?
Just being independent not having somebody to look over your shoulder every 2nd I like to be left alone because I do my job excellent my customers like me and I've been compensated with rewards from the company for it as a driver
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Well it starts with better work equipment the trucks break down constantly management doesn't understand what it takes to do the job also we can't get them to close lots so we can do normal maintenance work to be safe for the drivers
