Interviews are straight forward. No real expectations other than it's an interview
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Work ethic of employees today is declining. I don't blame the company for this. Online shopping is destroying traditional grocery stores little by little.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop allowing people at the corporate level to bully people. It is so pervasive it seems others turn a blind eye. HR is aware and it still happens.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the unreasonable expectations this job is mostly difficult. Training of new employees is poor causing a high turnover making the workers wanting to do a good job stressed.
