I really like the level of communication there is at Elastic. The fact that we get to meet members of SLT even during the X-school days was something really surprising in a good way! Also the monthly CAH is really informative!

Some of the smartest people I have met and are more than willing to spend time teaching and showing people how to do things. That is a rarity in my field.

The quick pace. it was 4 separate interviews, but they were all done in about a week.
