The people I work with are great, but management is better at making people leave for greener pastures than retention.

Management has no respect for the backbone of the company. They treat us like we’re beneath them.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Gaining better Product knowledge for the office staff. There’s a lot of miscommunications between the field and office.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Better compensation rates, More effective training of management and office employees in dealing with field workers. Better support for field crews.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Stop the lies about future compensation and benefits. I was informed that evaluations and raises go hand in hand, but that is far from the truth.
