Not good at all work hard for little

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Scummy profit driven hags who only care about numbers and the people that support this system only brought about by greed and dismay

Manager never spoke to me whole week i was there . Regional manager lied to me and was not in office when he said he would be

Putting correct job ad in the paper . Dont descriminate against people who have disabities . Show up for work and do something .

Rewarding the hard work they put there yard workers through. Overall treatment and respect for there employees in all. Sales reps may put the load lists on the table but the others have to break there backs to build them.

I have stayed and been a hard worker. I was told by my manager if I’m sick I need a doctors note every time. I have sick days. But I can’t use them without a doctors note my manager is Jim. I work in Tavares. He is a poison to good work
