The individual people are hard worker but are leaving the company for the same reason most are which is wage is drastically too low
Our operations manager is stellar. Everything else is horrendous
Get things done can you work as a team
The bond we share and create together
Cohesive team, you can trust each other
They engage with all of us
You have floor managers who ask us for our ideas and use them as their own.
The Camaraderie. It feels like a family unless you are operations of a store.
Micromanaging is rampant, they need to know why you used a sick day, extremely nosey.
