84 Lumber Team Employee Reviews

What are some of the best things about your team?

Product knowledge and overall ability to work together on daily tasks

How they help out with anything

We help each other daily

A lot of dedicated hard workers and all around good people.

we all get along on working commmunicating

We work together to take care of customers, the sales team sometimes sales depending on what the customer needs are. We share product and industry knowledge with each other and customer intel.. If someone work load is too much and another person can help, we typically will help one another.

Everyone is willing to work together and support one another.

Review from Sales Dept

Cooperation when dealing with problems. Interacting with other stores to improve our day to day operations.

Everyone gets along and will help each other out

The yard workers and MT's are some of the hardest working people I have ever worked with. They are the only reason i have dealt with the disrespect from the store manager this long. Yet most of them are looking for a different place to work, or have already found another job

All have good skill levels and are willing to help

The individual people are hard worker but are leaving the company for the same reason most are which is wage is drastically too low

Our operations manager is stellar. Everything else is horrendous

Get things done can you work as a team

The bond we share and create together

Cohesive team, you can trust each other

They engage with all of us

You have floor managers who ask us for our ideas and use them as their own.

The Camaraderie. It feels like a family unless you are operations of a store.

Micromanaging is rampant, they need to know why you used a sick day, extremely nosey.

Review from Admin Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

coworkers can foster improvement. Encourage clear communication, collaboration, and a supportive environment.

Everything literally im not kidding

Fire the management and bring in new people

Review from Operations Dept

Yes. Work harder stop being slow and lazy

They aren’t bad I just no longer see myself working with them he

Communication and understanding of the job tasks

Realizing the work load on each person

Clean up after themselves no one should have to clean up after laziness

Coworker morale is extremely low and effects how well and fast jobs get done. We work extremely well together

Review from Sales Dept

Gaining better Product knowledge for the office staff. There’s a lot of miscommunications between the field and office.

Quality of workmanship leaves a lot to be desired.
