Rebuild the upper management with people knowledgeable with the services my team deserves. Get rid of the waste within upper management and raise the pay of the lower level employees as well as make openings in management available to the area the demand is at
The company culture is failing 84. They rule with an iron fist from the top down. This destroys employee morale and results in a 52% turn over rate for the entry position (MT).
Better compensation rates, More effective training of management and office employees in dealing with field workers. Better support for field crews.
