What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Company policies, computer systems, dress codes, and corporate buildings are extremely outdated. Benefits double the cost offered by most employers, even smaller companies. No guarantee of 401k match, it's only decided at the end of the year if it will be matched, also you are not vested for 6 yrs!

I am paid $6 an hour less now 8 years ago and I have a higher skill set. I was promised a raise at six months did not happen. I found out that I am making the same hourly amount as the comanager. Who is also female. I feel of she was a man she would be making a higher hourly rate.

Micromanaging is rampant, they need to know why you used a sick day, extremely nosey.

Supportive of each other and able to assist each other in tasks

Not allowed to stay 5 minutes past clock out time without being questioned.

Rules are outdated, as well as corporate facilities, including nonfunctional doors that could be a fire hazard.
