From my experience there is no more critical task for managers than hiring the right employees, they are the most important asset in all great companies. 99 cents needs to renovate its human resources as it seriously lack an effective management of human resources, a crisis of mistreated employees.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

It has been extremely difficult. From management asking to read private conversations through texts so they can cut your hrs. To being treated rudely, being ignored by management late breaks & most of all getting your work schedule at 6pm the night before the new work week begins.

that part-timers do not make them work like full-time employees because they do not give them the same benefits
