By far the worst organization I've ever worked for. The SLT doesn't have a good pulse on the culture of the organization. The company could not be more non people centric if they tried. The company refuses to invest in the upkeep & mainten. of the locations, lacking basic necessities like restrooms.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

It has been extremely difficult. From management asking to read private conversations through texts so they can cut your hrs. To being treated rudely, being ignored by management late breaks & most of all getting your work schedule at 6pm the night before the new work week begins.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

that part-timers do not make them work like full-time employees because they do not give them the same benefits
