Review from Operations Dept

My salary is at market range. I get all the top benefits, performance bonus, plus there other numerous benefits that applies to family like child care discount up to 30%, dependent care support, emergency support, child of special need support, child college support, etc-all free!

Will let you Know later

Everything was great about that

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

for 1000x players, compensation and career progress should be differentiated.

My experience I. Industry before joining Accenture is extremely valuable but not translated into the level in the organization I was brought in at or the projects I am able to be staffed on

Paid time off isn’t adequate with today’s expectations from employees. Even getting small things to do your job require significant effort to have them paid

They make 1000 times profit and share only 1 part of it as salary

Review from IT Dept

No career growth path for people

better variable and retirement plan

I feel undervalued when Accenture threw me to a project and role not aligned to my skill sets and career interests. There are projects and roles out there that are a good fit for my experience and what I want to do, yet you refuse to let me take on.

Fair promotion and good salary

I'm not paid upto market standards

overworked under valued and in addition to that inflation is the reason why I feel we need to be paid fairly

Being paid market value and having transparency and rationale provided around pay scale

While having experience based getting less compensation part

Raises are arbitrary. They stopped issuing RSUs. Either the entire group gets it or does not. Nothing individual about the company

Review from IT Dept

compensation equal to the other roles in the boston area. also better health and dental

I have seen the offer letters of my peers and they have always been compensated well above my own. Even though I receive constant awards/praise from my clients, my employer hardly reflects that into compensation. There is zero support for career development and experience is mismatched with level.

Review from Marketing Dept

New joiners do not get a 401k match until after one 1year and some months of service. Very sneaky. Insurance plans are terrible. The bright side is they are cheap.

Not up to market competition

Pay should be based on performance and contribution, the new 'market competitiveness' and 'pay equity' that Accenture is adopting is great for PR, but in reality saves them a lot of money by paying people less for great work, to ensure equity.

Review from Operations Dept

If the company really change thier way

Better wlb and be fair and respectful
