We dont really communicate except through our manager. She is FABULOUS!!

My manager is AWSOME. I love the way she handles things and she always has an answer. If she domt know she finds out
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone in both my stores are equally nice. But I would have to say that its tough when you cant find the things you need to stalk
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I only needed dental. But wish motus was a little better. If I drive over 601 miles its .13 a mile vs driving 600 miles at .23 a mile. You get paid more to drive less.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My manager was super nice. I had a lovely conversation with her and told her that its ok if its just part time I can eventually move up to full time but its a foot in the door amd a step up.
