Lipservice. Top rungs truly do not care about employees. No raise or cost of living increase in 7 years, despite seemingly always having plenty of money for acquisitions (Impact, Core, Mosaic, etc.). Good old boys club. In-office culture is right out of Office Space.

Being recognized and compensated for my dedication, loyalty, and hard & detailed work. Which is rare.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better company culture that brings coworkers together, and lets us get to know each other better. Some are just rude and make others feel isolated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No raises or cost-of-living wage increases in 7+ years, despite always having high reviews and performance. We are continuously told that the company "didn't hit their numbers" despite always seems to have plenty of money for Acquisitions and increasing workload. I should be paid what I'm worth.
