Terrible low level management; great job for confident people who need little direction, as reports are self-explanatory. Don't expect much support from your local manager, they change constantly and are of little help. Pay is mediocre approx 12/hr and NO raises.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Love working at companies like Target, Publix, Food Lion and especially Lowe's Foods.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In-the-field workers have no benefits and in 4 years I never received a raise.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Never had a meeting with coworkers and only worked with coworkers in the field in the first year. After that I've been a solitary worker period.
