Coworkers are great, got lucky having a trusting manager. Was an awesome experience until I got laid off on a conference call in a mass reduction in force (Rif). Very devastating to my self worth and confidence. Manager fought hard to take care of the team post-Rif with recruiters.

Trusting of the unsupervised employees in stores.

Freedom to work and drive around unsupervised.

We treat each other with equality and respect we sometimes do not get from the upper echelon.

Not bombarded with questions on past employers and work ethic. More of an explanation of the job.
What makes you most happy at work?
Unsupervised and trusted most times at the in-store level. Not having to constantly talk to my managers every hour, everyday.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Managers are on a super high horse, power trip. The directors operate in an Ivory tower and won't talk to the merchandiser reps. Give the merchandisers and reps some respect and dignity.
