Ten years ago it was a GREAT company. We had momentum. We had great bonuses when we did good work. Since the buy out by the holding company things have steadily gotten worse to where this once leading company might not be around by the end of the year.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Becoming competent. They're nowhere near that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Not really a team because of high turnover, but the immediate people I work with are nice.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Constantly feel undercut by senior management incompetence. Constantly irritated by total lack of incentive to do a good job.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Been ten years ago, don't remember much. Company is now so desperate they'll take anyone not currently in jail.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Upper management is just clueless. Getting bonus/raise for good performance would help. As is there is absolutely no incentive to do a good job. I have quit caring.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I don't feel that senior management is either competent or honest. There's been a six year decline and nothing changes. Only gets worse. I just don't care any more.
