There is constant communication from the leadership to us
Easy to say the least.
We make above minimum wage, but the way they want us to do our job really should be double what we make.
I enjoy having the ability to schedule my time on my own. The culture is that management is reasonably responsive (most of the time).
We work individually on my particular team. My manager does not micromanage and we work alone. I like that. We do have team meet ups occasionally.
When I talk to a store manager and they remember me from the last time I came in. It's a small thing but when they see so many people every day, and they remember ME, it's huge :D
