Good at first, but then it gets soul crushing. No one cares. Acosta just wants results, and they'll break you to get them.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The upper management needs to be better to us workers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The managers seemed kind, but held back by those above them.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to be more compassionate towards the workers at the bottom. They need to give them raises, promotions, and better benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
If I do get to work with a team... they are usually excellent people just trying to do a good job. I respect that.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Entry level workers are shafted constantly the second they get close to a promotion. They remove the promotion and simply split the work between several existing managers, so they don't have to pay, or train a new manager, no matter the experience that individual has acquired.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've worked there for a decade and they won't promote me, even though I have glowing recommendations, I'm a college graduate, all the necessary experience, and more. The compensation I want: Promotions, annual raises, benefits that cover all needs, instead of only a few, fair treatment/vacations.
