Replace leadership with actual technical staff instead of having financial people running the company

Reduce the focus on project financials. Reward ataff instead of holding them to unrealistic financial goals
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Limited raises unless promoted. Lack of staff means people are not promoted since there is no one to replace them
