Bottom line is all the Board and Upper Management care about, although they try to make you believe otherwise with data charts galore, and surveys that never change anything. Claim diversity and equity, but blatant ageism abounds in forced retirements especially of women where few are at the top!

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I would feel better if it was industry standard. Also would like to not get raises because my title changed and therefore I must get paid whatever the lowest is in the next salary band.
